1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Chicken Road Game website and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service related to Chicken Road. This is a legally binding agreement between you and Chicken Road Games. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By engaging with Chicken Road, you are confirming your understanding and acceptance of these conditions.

2. Use of Services

You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract with Chicken Road Games, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. Any use or access to the Service by anyone under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited and in violation of these Terms. The Service is not available to any Users previously removed from the Service by Chicken Road Games. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities related to Chicken Road:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping", which includes any content or intellectual property related to the Chicken Road game.
• Using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Chicken Road servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional on-line web browser.
• Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email, especially if falsely representing an affiliation with Chicken Road.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service related to Chicken Road.
• Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, potentially disrupting the Chicken Road service for others.
• Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service.
• Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Service.
• Using the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes without our explicit consent for Chicken Road related promotions.
• Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity.
• Interfering with the proper working of the Service, particularly any aspect critical to the Chicken Road online experience.
• Accessing any content on the Service through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the Service.
• Bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the Service or the content therein.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Chicken Road Games and its licensors. The Service, including all aspects of the Chicken Road game (name, artwork, rules, design, characters, and overall theme), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of [Your Country/Jurisdiction, e.g., United States] and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress, specifically the "Chicken Road" name, logo, and associated visual elements, may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Chicken Road Games. 4. User Content

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content") relevant to Chicken Road, such as in community forums, game reviews, or social media shares tagged with #ChickenRoad. You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service for purposes related to promoting and operating Chicken Road and its community. 5. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), such as the Chicken Road board game, expansions, or related merchandise, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties (e.g., payment processors, shipping companies) for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases. 6. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Chicken Road Games. For example, we might link to a review of Chicken Road on a board game blog, or to a retailer selling Chicken Road. Chicken Road Games has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Chicken Road Games shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services, even if they relate to the Chicken Road game or community.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. This could include access to any online features or community aspects related to Chicken Road. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account related to Chicken Road (if applicable, e.g., a forum account), you may simply discontinue using the Service or follow any specific account deletion procedures we may provide. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

8. Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Chicken Road Games, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service (including the Chicken Road game itself if purchased); (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service, including any strategies or information about Chicken Road; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. This applies to all aspects of the Chicken Road experience, both online and with the physical game product.

9. Governing Law
